I had a house for sale in The Ridges that had been on the market for over six months and hadn’t sold. It was a really good time for the real estate market, but the Realtor wasn’t up to my standards, so I looked through the area and found out that the Rob Jensen Company had several listings that had sold. The nice thing about Rob is that he’ll sell you something that isn’t his listing if it suits you better. If you tell Rob and the team what you want, how much money you have, and what your needs are, they can focus on doing searches and finding something that might appeal to you. I would say that he’s not commission-oriented. He’s focused on you as a person, not him getting the most money out of it. That’s why I picked him. He’s very honest.
