Rob Jensen is president and broker/owner of the Rob Jensen Company (RJC). The real estate firm that bears his name specializes in guard gated high-end residences. It is consistently ranked in the top 1% of successfully closed real estate transactions in Summerlin, Las Vegas, and Henderson. Rob’s 14 years of local industry expertise has made him a sought after real estate expert source with the media. He’s served as a guest commentator for numerous national broadcast television networks including MSNBC and BRAVO. He has also provided content and commentary to The Wall Street Journal, Forbes.com, BusinessWeek.com, the Las Vegas Review – Journal, Real Estate Executive magazine, Growing Wealth magazine, and the Los Angeles Times, among others.
Additionally, Rob has penned a recurring monthly real estate column for the Las Vegas Business Press. Rob earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier College in California and currently holds active memberships with the National Association of REALTORS®, Nevada Association of REALTORS®, and the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS®.

Monica is a seven-year veteran Realtor in Las Vegas and currently the Director of Sales for the Rob Jensen Company. Over the years, Monica has honed her skills working with both buyers and sellers. She now works alongside Broker/Owner Rob Jensen to meet with prospective clients, prepare CMAs, and present our unique brokerage model that ultimately puts our clients first.
Communicating almost daily with our sellers and buyers, Monica ensures that our clients’ homes close as smoothly as possible. Whether it’s an initial meeting with a prospective seller, negotiation of an offer, or a day of showings with one of our buyers, Monica knows the ins and outs of both the seller’s and buyer’s markets.
In addition to working closely with Rob and our clients, Monica trains and oversees our sales team, ensuring that someone will always be available and knowledgeable when it comes to showing your home. She is confident in her approach to listing and selling properties and is a skilled negotiator.
In her rare spare time, Monica enjoys international travel, reading, cooking, and especially spending time with her daughter.

If you’re a seller, getting qualified buyers to see your home in person is the best way to sell it for top dollar—and if you’re a buyer, it’s important to see the properties you’re interested in quickly so you can make a timely offer. However, even the best agents can’t be everywhere at once. At the Rob Jensen Company, our non-traditional business model utilizes a team of licensed, salaried Realtors that help with all of our showings—including Mindy Walker, one of our Showing Assistants. With her support, we’re able to accommodate more showing requests than an individual agent or your typical real estate team—whether each showing is scheduled in advance or requested at the last minute.
Buying a home can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. With Mindy’s help, you don’t have to worry about coordinating with sellers or their agents to schedule showing appointments; just choose time slots that are convenient for you, and Mindy will handle the details. If you have multiple homes to see, she does her best to maximize convenience by stacking appointments and making the most of your time.
For our sellers, Mindy’s work begins long before buyers start reaching out to see your property. From the moment you choose to list with us, her focus is to understand everything that makes your home special—including unique features, upgrades, and community amenities—so she can share this information with potential buyers. This ensures that your property is unforgettable and empowers buyers to make informed decisions. A licensed Realtor and veteran of the hospitality service industry, Mindy shines in her face-to-face interactions with potential buyers. Dependable, patient, and driven, she brings an outstanding level of professionalism and an unmatched concierge attitude to the team. As a lifelong visitor and recent resident of Las Vegas, Mindy loves having access to such a great variety of world-class dining experiences. Between showings, you’ll likely find her trying new restaurants with her husband, spending time with her family, or cheering on the Golden Knight’s at T-Mobile Arena—Go Knights Go! Mindy doesn’t wish California would fall into the ocean, but she does wish Las Vegas had a tropical beach. Until that happens, she’ll settle for trips to Kauai and Maui.

At the Rob Jensen Company, we never want to miss an opportunity to show our sellers’ homes to qualified buyers—and we always want to be available to help our buyer clients tour the homes they’re interested in. That’s why we have a team of Showing Assistants on salary to accommodate showings seven days a week. Coverage like this is rarely provided by busy agents or your typical brokerage, but our business model is anything but typical.
As one of our Showing Assistants, Matina Wyrick is here to ensure that each showing goes smoothly for buyers and sellers alike—from confirming appointments beforehand to securing the home afterward. If you’re a buyer, she makes sure to accommodate your schedule so you can tour properties when it’s convenient for you. If you’re a seller, she highlights your home’s best features and actively sells it during showings. In addition to showings, Matina also plans and hosts open houses, coordinates and attends home inspections, and schedules other vendors when necessary—so our clients know they’re in good hands from listing to closing.
Matina may be a newer Realtor, but earning a real estate license has been her goal since 2013, and her drive to achieve this goal after having three kids speaks to her tenacity. Her extensive experience in customer service serves her well when interacting with buyers and sellers, and she’s passionate about making the process as fun and enjoyable as possible for everyone involved.
Working in real estate is natural for Matina because home is important to her; it’s her favorite place to spend time with her kids (and her pit bull). Focused yet grounded, she lives each day knowing “the grass is green where you water it.”
INSIDE SALES AGENT
Online advertising and print marketing are essential, but at the Rob Jensen Company, we don’t stop there. To promote your luxury listing and upcoming open houses, we take a proactive approach by calling potential buyers directly. Not only do we reach out to our current Rolodex of buyers, but also residents of the neighborhoods we specialize in. Consumers are served up to 10,000 ads per day, so a little bit of direct outreach helps to cut through the clutter. That’s where Stacey Short, our Inside Sales Agent, comes in. In addition to our team members following up with active clients, Stacey is the backbone of our day-to-day outreach.
While the rest of the sales staff might get swept up in a busy week of sales, Stacey is on the phone all day. Using her bubbly personality and natural desire to serve, she complements our marketing by making sure buyers know that your property is for sale. It’s common for neighbors to love the community they live in, and many are looking to upsize or downsize. Stacey’s outreach ensures that no one slips through the cracks—whether that means your neighbors down the street, buyers in a similar community, or their friends and family looking to move.
Stacey brings over 12 years of hospitality service to the team. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Psychology, a minor in Criminology, and recently became triple-certified as a Life/Clarity/Health Coach from Health Coaches Institute. Compassionate, inquisitive, and empathetic, she has always been passionate about helping people—a passion reflected in her day-to-day interactions with team members and clients.
In her spare time, Stacey uses her coaching skills to help people rework their lives in a positive and fulfilling way. She enjoys watching movies with her two teenage sons, picking their brains about life, but mostly laughing with them and her friends—because, as she puts it, “there’s nothing like a good make-your-belly-hurt-crying laugh for the soul.”
Kyle Zabelny brings more than 12 years of experience in marketing, communications and public relations in the Las Vegas region to his role as marketing manager at the Rob Jensen Company.
Kyle’s primary focus is to leverage his considerable knowledge of local real estate marketing trends to continually increase brand positioning and drive business results. He has daily oversight of the RJC website, video channel, social media, and thought leadership content contained in RJC media and print.
Kyle’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, technological acumen, and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach as well as his personal achievements and is presently developing an online platform that will allow people to learn about, connect with, and donate to the charities that are important to them.
When not working on behalf of our clients and the social causes close to his heart, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, son and newborn daughter.
Dylan Edwards is a motivated problem-solver who works with sellers to help them achieve their goals. As the Listings Coordinator for the Rob Jensen Company, Dylan is responsible for bringing our new listings to life. From gathering all the necessary property information to posting it on national and global websites to attract qualified buyers, there is no shortage of work to be done, and Dylan tackles each task with a can-do attitude.
Once a new listing is taken on, Dylan jumps into action by communicating with our sellers to schedule our vendors and in-house specialists. This ensures that we have all the professional photography, videography, and copy we need to create print and online marketing materials before the listing goes live. Inspired by the beauty of the luxury properties we specialize in, Dylan’s favorite part of the job is the field work: taking notes and measurements for the MLS and creating virtual home tours using our Matterport 3D camera. Methodical and adaptable, he ensures that each listing is both accurate and appealing, because he believes that every property should be seen in its best light.
In his personal life, Dylan is motivated by progress and growth. He loves learning and dislikes feeling stagnant. Whether it’s mastering personal finance or tweaking his investment portfolio, Dylan always strives for the best result—an admirable trait that translates to a flawless experience for our clients.
Born and raised in Southern California, Dylan is happiest spending time at the beach, diving, or riding his motorcycle. He also loves traveling to new places and having new experiences with his girlfriend. Wherever he goes, Jerry Rice’s famous quote is always on Dylan’s mind: “Today I will do what others won’t, so tomorrow I can do what others can’t.”
Describing the layout and features of a home is important, but telling the story of that home is essential. With a keen eye for detail, Andy Gorman uses his creative and technical writing skills to share what makes each home unique. This allows clients to not only envision a home, but to imagine what it’s like to live there.
While earning a Bachelor of Arts in English from UNLV, Andy has dedicated the last several years of his life to the written word. He has written for multiple Las Vegas publications, including DTLV.com, Life is Beautiful, and Vegas Seven Magazine. As a freelancer, he has worked on a diverse set of projects—from product descriptions to personal biographies.
Andy is not so much a human as he is a machine that turns coffee into words. He is constantly looking for ways to increase the quantity and quality of his writing. To keep his mind sharp and his vocabulary strong, he reads at least one book every week. A self-proclaimed minimalist, Andy has an appreciation for simplicity and beauty in all things.
When Andy isn’t writing copy for the Rob Jensen Company, he spends his time traveling with his fiancé, working on a saga of science fiction novels, or finding other creative projects to get involved with.
In an age where attention spans are short and the competition is fierce, video content is more important than ever. To earn and hold buyer’s attention, Max Fox supplies the Rob Jensen Company with content that pushes informational and entertainment value to the maximum: property tours, aerial views, interviews, and more.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Film/TV Production and seven years of freelance videography experience, Max maintains a high standard of excellence in his technical and creative skills. He understands how each visual and auditory moment in a video affects the target audience, making a measurable impact on the buying and selling process.
In his free time, Max shows just as much passion. When he’s not cherishing time with his friends and family, he’s likely planning his next hiking adventure. Locations on his bucket list include Mount Huashan, Kokoda Trail, and Jotunheimen National Park.
Max’s love for creativity, his ability to collaborate, and his desire to entertain has spanned a lifetime: “I started making videos at the age of 11, enlisting my best friends as crew members and making little comedy movies starring my dog.”
