When I decided to sell my luxury condominium in One Queensridge Place and simultaneously purchase a single family home, my neighbor referred me to the Rob Jensen Company. I was very impressed with the team’s marketing on social media and their newsletter, which I had been receiving for some time before hiring them. Their amazing videographer Max even made a mini movie to showcase my property.
Every time there was a showing, I would receive an email telling me exactly what the prospective buyers said, how the showing went, and what questions were asked. When we first listed, somebody came in with a lowball offer, but Rob didn’t try to talk me into accepting that offer because he knew where I needed to be. When a bunch of other condos flooded the market, we had to reevaluate the asking price to stay within the timeframe I was looking to sell in. Rob and his team did their research, we changed the price, and we had a cash buyer pretty quickly after that. Everything went really smoothly, even the closing. I was able to do almost everything online.
Monica was absolutely amazing helping me in my home search. She suggested that I keep an open mind to the Northwest area, which I had never considered. Once I started looking up here, I fell in love with it. I saw a home I loved on the internet that had only been listed for 4 days, and Monica cleared her schedule to make sure we could see it the next day and again a few days later. At that point, I knew we had to put in an offer. Monica did a great job of negotiating a price that was comfortable for me, and it was smooth sailing from there.
Thanks to the Rob Jensen Company, I now live in my dream home. I loved their teamwork approach. Everybody on the team was caring and efficient, and they each had their specialty, which made a huge difference. Buying and selling is a stressful thing, but somehow they managed to make it fun. Hiring the Rob Jensen Company was the best decision I could have made, and I’m so happy with the results.
