After earning his real estate license in 2003, he quickly recognized the flaws in the traditional brokerage model–namely, the lack of accountability and collaboration among commission-only agents. In 2013, he founded the Rob Jensen Company with a different vision: a salaried team of specialists working together to deliver unmatched results for clients.

This rare model has produced extraordinary outcomes. Rob and his team have set off-market record sales, represented professional athletes, and managed multimillion-dollar listings with discretion. Notable milestones include setting the record for the highest sold price per square foot in Southern Highlands and closing two waterfront estates in Desert Shores within the same week—neither of which had ever been publicly listed. His leadership has consistently ranked RJC in the top 1% of sales in the Las Vegas Valley.
