Monica is an eight-year veteran REALTOR® in Las Vegas and currently the Director of Sales for the Rob Jensen Company. Over the years, Monica has honed her skills working with both buyers and sellers. She now works alongside Broker/Owner Rob Jensen to meet with prospective clients, prepare CMAs, and present our unique brokerage model that ultimately puts our clients first.

Communicating almost daily with our sellers and buyers, Monica ensures that our clients’ homes close as smoothly as possible. Whether it’s an initial meeting with a prospective seller, negotiation of an offer, or a day of showings with one of our buyers, Monica knows the ins and outs of both the seller’s and buyer’s markets.

In addition to working closely with Rob and our clients, Monica trains and oversees our sales team, ensuring that someone will always be available and knowledgeable when it comes to showing your home. She is confident in her approach to listing and selling properties and is a skilled negotiator.

In her rare spare time, Monica enjoys international travel, reading, cooking, and especially spending time with her daughter.
