After earning his real estate license in 2003, he quickly recognized the flaws in the traditional brokerage model–namely, the lack of accountability and collaboration among commission-only agents. In 2013, he founded the Rob Jensen Company with a different vision: a salaried team of specialists working together to deliver unmatched results for clients.

This rare model has produced extraordinary outcomes. Rob and his team have set off-market record sales, represented professional athletes, and managed multimillion-dollar listings with discretion. Notable milestones include setting the record for the highest sold price per square foot in Southern Highlands and closing two waterfront estates in Desert Shores within the same week—neither of which had ever been publicly listed. His leadership has consistently ranked RJC in the top 1% of sales in the Las Vegas Valley.

Rob’s philosophy is simple: anything worth doing is worth doing well. It’s a standard that is reflected in every detail at RJC. Behind the scenes, he continually refines systems and invests in training, ensuring that clients benefit from cutting-edge marketing strategies and expert representation.

A recognized voice in the industry, Rob has served as a guest commentator for Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC and other national and regional media outlets. Before founding his own brokerage, he earned RE/MAX’s prestigious Hall of Fame award.

Rob graduated from Whittier College with a degree in biology. Beyond real estate, he is a lifelong adventurer who enjoys kiteboarding and rock climbing. Monica joined the Rob Jensen Company in 2016 as a showing agent and was promoted to Director of Sales within two years. Now the firm’s second-in-command, she oversees the sales team, trains new agents, and meets directly with buyers and sellers to help navigate complex deals.

Luxury real estate runs in her blood. Originally from Chino Hills, California, she grew up shadowing her grandmother, a seasoned luxury broker, as she attended open houses in exclusive neighborhoods. Those experiences shaped her passion for real estate and customer care. Moving to Las Vegas, she quickly earned a reputation for creating a supportive experience for both buyers and sellers.

Before entering the real estate industry, Matina pursued an acting career in Los Angeles—an experience that has helped her connect more easily with people and has provided memorable stories, like meeting Kobe Bryant while filming a McDonald’s commercial.

Outside of work, Matina is most proud of her three children and loves supporting their creativity, from music and dance to technology. She also enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time outdoors.

With his camera in hand and a director’s eye, Noah captures what makes a home unforgettable. 

He’s filmed standout properties such as 1 Panorama Crest and 8109 Moonstone, each delivered to clients without a single requested revision—a testament to his creative instinct. Every frame is intentional, designed to showcase a property and create an emotional connection with viewers.

As a licensed FAA Part 107 drone pilot, Noah’s sweeping aerial footage adds another dimension to our luxury home marketing. Whether he’s balancing the Sony FX6 on a gimbal or refining edits for multiple platforms, his technical mastery ensures every property shines across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.

Before joining the team, Noah spent nearly a decade as a freelance photographer and videographer. That experience shaped his ability to manage complex projects, meet tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure. His polished videos elevate our listings, making homes stand out in a competitive market. 

Originally from California and raised in Maryland, Noah now calls Las Vegas home. Rarely seen without a camera in hand, he enjoys shooting 35mm film with his vintage Canon AE-1 Program, traveling, and spending time with his son, whom he considers his greatest accomplishment. A former competitive bodybuilder, today Noah channels that same discipline into his creative and professional life.

Since joining the team in 2018, Andy has crafted more than 100 property descriptions, including one for a $28,000,000 castle. His excellence in wordsmithing helps buyers easily form emotional connections with homes before they ever step inside. That’s because he uses vivid imagery, delivering a narrative that’s captivating, elegant, and effective. Sellers often remark on how well he captures the essence of their homes—one even joked, “After reading your description, I don’t know if I want to move out.” 

His unique skill is why our listings get noticed on platforms like the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), in targeted social media ads, and in RJC’s online and print communications with agents and buyers. 
From his video scripts to print ad copy, Andy elevates the presentation of our sellers’ homes, attracting serious buyers and helping clients gain strong exposure in a competitive market.

Andy’s passion for storytelling is matched only by his thirst for learning. Known among his coworkers for his curiosity and willingness to experiment, he continuously evolves how he works and the content he creates. Originally from Alaska, Andy has called Las Vegas home since 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in creative writing from UNLV. His professional writing career spans novels, articles, copywriting, and biographies.
