When my wife and I decided to relocate to Northern California, we started keeping an eye on the market. Originally, we were considering leasing our home in Las Vegas, but we decided to sell. We first met Rob at an open house he was hosting within our community in Red Rock. We both felt that his approach was very professional, so we hired him as our agent.

Overall, we enjoyed the frank discussions we could have with Rob about strategy, what we needed to do to sell the property, and the offer process. Every interaction with Rob’s team was pleasant. It was comforting that a representative of the Rob Jensen Company was present at our house for every showing (or any other activity), regardless of whether we were there or not.

Our biggest fear was that we would have a steady supply of unqualified buyers walking through the house, but that wasn’t the case. After finding the right buyer and going into contract at $1,350,000, the buyer’s appraisal came in at $1,300,000. Rob suggested getting an appraisal of our own, which came in at $1,370,000. This made the buyer feel comfortable paying full price, and the deal closed smoothly.

Working with Rob and his team solidified our opinion that you get what you pay for. We were happy with the decision we made, we got what we were looking for, and we would do it again.
