We were already thinking about using Rob, from seeing all his signs and his monthly mailings, so when we got a recommendation from a trusted friend, that was a bonus.
He would be our third realtor in a little over a year. We had had a descent amount of lookers, but only one offer, which fell out within a week. The realtors just wanted to keep lowering the asking price, even though it was a desirable home in a great, guard gated neighborhood in Summerlin.
When I called Rob, he was very professional in his approach, stating what we had been thinking about why we haven’t sold yet. He came for a look and said we needed to remodel the kitchen. He has a contractor and a stager/designer who can come and check it out and see what they think.
So we did. A lot of the comments from lookers had been the “outdated” kitchen. It was a very nice kitchen, but could use some sprucing up.
We did an update, signed up Rob, and his fabulous team, and the house sold in a month, for much more than what it was listed for prior to Rob.
We were thrilled. Rob’s knowledge of the market, the trends, and his outreach is what sold us and the house. We had interviewed so many realtors prior to Rob. He was definitely more action than talk!
Now for the fun part. We had 30 days to move! So Rob’s team went into action and showed us homes. They were so great to work with, knowledgeable, very helpful, and accessible. We finally found “the” home and made the move within our time frame. We feel like we got the best person for the job and his team is the best as well.
The unique thing about Robs company is that you not only have a great realtor working for you, but an entire team. Everyone has a job to do and they are all professional and do it well. I never had to wait hours or a day for Rob or one of the team to get back to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best buying or selling experience.
