After living in Vegas for 21 years, we decided to sell our home and move to California for retirement. We started looking at marketing materials from different real estate groups, and the Rob Jensen Company’s were among the most impressive. We also liked that they dealt in guard gated communities.

The first person we met with was Monica. She was very professional, knew what she was talking about, and seemed like a good listener. Unlike some of the other Realtors that we interviewed, she assured us that she would only bring in pre-qualified buyers and that somebody from the company would always accompany whoever was looking at our home. This was really important to us since we weren’t living there. We wanted somebody reliable that would show and market the home properly because we had a friend that moved out of their home just before us, and their Realtor did not show their home the entire summer. After Monica presented all the things they were going to do with the marketing—like the drone pictures and 3D walkthrough—we knew the Rob Jensen Company would actually be showing our property. The marketing was extraordinary. They made the home look absolutely gorgeous—so good that we almost wanted to buy it back. We were also able to look on Zillow to see how many likes and saves there were, and we had a lot of activity.

We didn’t expect or take for granted the level of service that we got. For example, Monica showed the home one day, and there was smoke inside. She called the fire department and took care of the whole thing. I didn’t even need to come back to Vegas. We also had a roof leak, a couple pool leaks, and a piano to sell. Monica was always available to let people in for us. She and the team went above and beyond. We really appreciate what the Rob Jensen Company did for us. It was excellent.
