Trust was the deciding factor

Rancho Bel Air

My wife and I lived in our home in Rancho Bel Air for about 35 years because it was close to the hospitals we worked at. We decided to move because we’re nearing retirement. When it came time to sell, we interviewed three Realtors: one who supposedly specializes in Rancho Bel Air homes, one from a large company, and Rob Jensen. Trust was the deciding factor. We’ve known Rob for several years, and we were really comfortable with him, so we chose him.

Rob Jensen has a great team of people working for him. When we decided to list the house, Rob had his stager come over to help us get the home ready for showings. He also sent four of his Realtors over to familiarize themselves with the house, which was very impressive. The team gave us enough notice to leave the house before each showing and made sure to turn off the lights and lock the doors afterward. After the purchase agreement was signed, Rob made sure we had a smooth sale.

Since we were moving into a new build in The Ridges, we worried that we might end up paying two mortgages at the same time or moving twice if the house sold too early, but the timing worked out perfectly. Rob was always available to return my calls and answer my questions. If there was a question from the buyer’s side, he took care of it also. Overall, Rob made the process so easy.
