When it came time to pick an agent, Rob Jensen was definitely at the top of our list. After attending one of his open houses, we met with Rob a couple of times and were immediately impressed with his sincerity and straightforward approach. We looked into Rob’s reviews, YouTube channel, and market analysis, and discovered that Rob is very analytical and logical. He brings a pragmatic and direct approach to getting the job done, and that’s what we wanted, as opposed to lots of promises, emotion, and hype. We also liked the fact that Rob had a team that all worked together, instead of agents competing with each other.

After Rob explained the process, one or two of his team members came through the house to help us get it into excellent shape. A still photographer, videographer, 3D-photographer, and copywriter came in next. Together, I think the whole package demonstrated the house in its best light.

Early on, many of the agents we interviewed pushed us to list the house below $900,000 for a quick sale, but Rob encouraged us to list it at $935,000. Within a week, we had multiple offers on the table. We got a full-price offer, which we accepted, and then we had a backup offer in case anything went wrong. Fortunately, everything went smoothly, and we closed at a price higher than I originally thought was feasible.

Throughout the whole process, Rob was very responsive. We always felt like we were dealing with a true professional, not a newbie or somebody who wasn’t that interested. It was not an overly complicated sale, but we did have some specific requirements regarding escrow and the timeline, which Rob was able to accommodate.

I think Rob’s the kind of guy you hire if you want to get the job done. If you’re shooting for the moon and the stars, and you want to ask a ridiculous amount, then maybe he’s not the right agent for you. He’s direct, and I think he would talk you out of a ridiculous listing price. Likewise, if you wanted to list your house too low, I think he would encourage you to list it closer to the real value.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied, and I have already recommended Rob to other people who are thinking of buying or selling a home.
