My wife and I originally met Rob Jensen at an open house in The Ridges, where he was representing the seller. We were impressed by him, so when the time came to sell our home and downsize, we added him to our list of Realtors to interview. We chose Rob because we knew we would be dealing with him personally, not some giant company. We also got a good feeling that he was honest, knowledgeable, and understood Summerlin and our development of Bellacere.

The renovations on our new home took way longer than expected, so we couldn’t sell and move out right away. Rob was very patient and actually found some potential buyers before we listed our property. We were a little hesitant to have anyone come over in the middle of Covid-19, but we arranged a few showings and had a deal before we even hit the MLS!

Overall, it was a smooth process. Rob and his team were very thorough, the timing was good, and everything worked out. Along the way, we laughed and talked about other things besides real estate, so just getting to know Rob has been a pleasure. We would always be willing to refer the Rob Jensen Company and hire them again.
