We were living in New York when we decided to buy a home in Las Vegas. Since we are originally from Europe, the process of buying a home in the United States was new to us. Our home search began on Zillow. We looked up some properties, did some research, then made appointments to meet with various real estate agents from different companies.

When we met Adrianne from the Rob Jensen Company, we knew immediately that she was the person we wanted to work with. She was very educated  and knowledgeable about the area that we were looking into. She really understood what we wanted—sometimes better than we did. She did her research and saved us a lot of time looking into the right properties. Anytime we had a question, she knew the right answer. She was also very hands-on and responsive. Even when we couldn’t get her on the phone, she would call back within ten minutes.

Once we found the house we wanted, it came down to negotiation. While negotiating the repairs, we ran into a few frustrating obstacles. Adrianne and Rob remained helpful and patient. It was nice having experts there to advise us through the whole process so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The whole time, we felt very comfortable and confident that we were making the right decisions.

Overall, we never had the feeling that the company was trying to rush us into anything. Sometimes we spent all day looking at properties with Adrianne, but we never felt pressured to buy. It’s obvious that the Rob Jensen Company doesn’t try to make quick deals. They try to make the right deals. We’re glad that we were able to take our time and that we had a a strong partner supporting us, helping us, and navigating us through the process of buying our first home.

We’re finally living in our dream home, and we are enjoying it every day. We have so much space now, and the kids love playing in the big backyard and swimming in the pool. When friends and family come to visit, they are always impressed. We are very happy with the purchase, and we would feel comfortable recommending the Rob Jensen Company to our friends and family because they really know what they’re doing.
