This neighborhood includes winding walking trails with beautifully landscaped rock features that connect three medallion plazas. Each medallion is enhanced with a water fountain feature at its center. At the end of the trail, residents of The Vineyards have access through secured and locked gates to the Arbors Paseo Park. The park features an extended trail, a passage through grassy areas with shaded places to sit, and perfect spots to enjoy a picnic along the way.
The parks that are connected by Arbors Paseo each offer a variety of activities. The Arbors Tennis and Play Park features five outdoor lighted tennis courts, one of which is a stadium tennis court, and a pro shop for tennis lovers. In addition, it includes a lighted basketball court, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and a pavilion for picnics and parties. There’s even a children’s area called Arborville, with expansive open play areas and a playground with a tricycle track for toddlers. Tree Top Park also provides a pavilion, as well as a T-ball field and another play area for the little ones. The third venue linked by Arbors Paseo is The Arbors Sports Park, a joint-use community and educational/recreation complex, which features numerous sports fields to augment those on the Palo Verde High School campus and an Olympic-sized pool. There are many more nearby amenities, such as shopping and entertainment, top-rated schools, hospitals/medical centers, and a diverse variety of places of worship.
