When it comes to selling luxury real estate, the quality of the marketing needs to meet or exceed the quality of the property. That’s where Marketing Manager Kyle Zabelny comes in. From designing, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns for our listings and property videos to creating and sending newsletters and e-blasts, everything Kyle does has one purpose—to get your property in front of as many qualified buyers as possible.
With over 15 years of experience in client development, communications, and public relations, Kyle understands that direct marketing is just the tip of the iceberg. Beyond his daily oversight of the RJC website, YouTube channel, and social media platforms, Kyle focuses on big-picture marketing endeavors—like building valuable, long-term relationships with potential buyers by planning unforgettable events. To maximize your property’s reach beyond the digital realm, Kyle also coordinates editorials and advertising campaigns within local and national print publications—from the Las Vegas Review-Journal to Dream Homes LA, OC, and SD. On top of everything else, Kyle supports our agents by scheduling showings, inspections, and appraisals so they can focus on what they do best—showing and selling high-end homes.
Kyle’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, technological acumen, and leadership. His primary focus is to leverage his considerable knowledge of local real estate marketing trends to continually increase brand positioning, build client relations, and drive business results. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach and personal achievements.
When not working on behalf of our clients, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter—especially if it involves a camping or snowboarding trip. A hockey lover through and through, Kyle is a huge fan of the Vegas Golden Knights and a season ticket holder for the Henderson Silver Knights. He also plans to develop an online platform that will allow people to learn about, connect with, and donate to the charities that matter most to them.
A client’s first interaction with a home is usually online, so the creation and management of quality media is crucial. From creating virtual home tours to updating listings on multiple websites, there’s no shortage of work to be done to keep the information flowing. That’s where Mark Halili, our Listings Manager, comes in.
Mark’s dedication to consistency and accountability makes him a perfect fit for the various tasks required to keep our online and print marketing materials not only accurate but up to date. Getting out of the office to take notes for the MLS or create 3D mappings is just the start. His efficiency and ability to learn new skills quickly allows him to help with a wide variety of media-related tasks.
In his personal life, Mark is motivated by progression, a constant motion toward a more advanced state. Whether it’s building a new skillset or striving for a goal, Mark always looks for a reason to put his best foot forward. These values continue in the workplace, where Mark’s adaptive nature allows him to continually improve his workflow by creating new systems and learning ways to improve.
Mark is happiest when he and his closest friends and family members are making progress toward their life purpose. His passion for growth once scored him an invitation to an elite mentorship organization that teaches entrepreneurial mindset, business ethics, and leadership. Mark loves good food, playing sports, and the beach life. His motto is one that many could learn from: “Never compromise your values for what you want now or what is easiest.”
In an age where attention spans are short and the competition is fierce, video content is more important than ever. To earn and hold buyer’s attention, Max Fox supplies the Rob Jensen Company with content that pushes informational and entertainment value to the maximum: property tours, aerial views, interviews, and more.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Film/TV Production and two years of freelance videography experience, Max maintains a high standard of excellence in his technical and creative skills. He understands how each visual and auditory moment in a video affects the target audience, making a measurable impact on the buying and selling process.
In his free time, Max shows just as much passion. When he’s not cherishing time with his friends and family, he’s likely planning his next hiking adventure. Locations on his bucket list include Mount Huashan, Kokoda Trail, and Jotunheimen National Park.
Max’s love for creativity, his ability to collaborate, and his desire to entertain has spanned a lifetime: “I started making videos at the age of 11, enlisting my best friends as crew members and making little comedy movies starring my dog.”
Describing the layout and features of a home is important, but telling the story of that home is essential. With a keen eye for detail, Andy Gorman uses his creative and technical writing skills to share what makes each home unique. This allows clients to not only envision a home, but to imagine what it’s like to live there.
While earning a Bachelor of Arts in English from UNLV, Andy has dedicated the last several years of his life to the written word. He has written for multiple Las Vegas publications, including DTLV.com, Life is Beautiful, and Vegas Seven Magazine. As a freelancer, he has worked on a diverse set of projects—from product descriptions to personal biographies.
Andy is not so much a human as he is a machine that turns coffee into words. He is constantly looking for ways to increase the quantity and quality of his writing. To keep his mind sharp and his vocabulary strong, he reads at least one book every week. A self-proclaimed minimalist, Andy has an appreciation for simplicity and beauty in all things.
When Andy isn’t writing copy for the Rob Jensen Company, he spends his time traveling with his fiancé, working on a saga of science fiction novels, or finding other creative projects to get involved with.
