Terracina and Venezia are guard gated communities located in Seven Hills, a 1,300-acre master-planned community in Henderson. Built on the rolling foothills of the Black Mountain Range, with views of the Las Vegas Strip, this community features an Italian Renaissance and eclectic Spanish theme.

Terracina and Venezia have separate gates, but are still connected, forming a large community of luxurious and spacious homes that range from 3,593 to 15,747 square feet. Terracina, the larger of the two communities, contains lots that are typically ¼ of an acre to ½ acre, and custom estate-style homes that come in a variety of sizes. The amenities in Terracina’s custom homes vary. Venezia contains a smaller assortment of luxury custom homes and lots, some offering dual master suites, a pool, and spa. Seven Hills features 22 acres of parks, including Sonata Park, Vivaldi Park, Allegro Park, Puccini Park, and Rossini Park. There are also recreation centers, playgrounds, walking paths, trails, and greenbelts, all of which contribute to the open, expansive feel of this community.
