Serrano is a gated neighborhood in The Paseos, a village in the master-planned community of Summerlin. Serrano features a variety of two story homes, which were built by Toll Brothers in 2006. The homes range from approximately 3,700 to 4,700 square feet.

Some homes in this neighborhood back up to the beautiful Paseos Park filled with grass fields, desert landscapes, and mountain views. This 12-acre park features two baseball fields, large grass areas, walking trails, a sand volleyball court, basketball courts, playgrounds, and interactive water play areas.
