Queensridge is a 24-hour guard gated community that makes up the master-planned community of Peccole Ranch, on the west side of the Las Vegas Valley. Horse sculptures stand majestically at the guard gates of this European themed neighborhood, which features French, Italian, and English style custom homes, semi-custom homes, and estates that range from 6,000 to 15,000 square feet. The community features tree-lined streets, greenbelts, small parks, and gardens.

This lavish community is divided into two sections by a canyon. Queensridge North, known as the “one-horse” entrance, is the smaller of the two, with a barbecue, tennis court, and an open grassy field. Queensridge South, the “two horse” entrance, features several community parks and the Queensridge Clubhouse. Only residents have access to the Queensridge Clubhouse, complete with a fitness room, tennis courts, two pools, a spa, and conference rooms.

Gorgeous paseos, arroyos, and canyons wrap around this community, offering panoramic views of both the mountains and the Las Vegas Valley. Queensridge is built around the Badlands Golf Course, which closed in late 2016. Developer EHB Cos. has proposed multiple development plans to build single-family homes and condominiums on the 250-acre course.
