Barrington is a gated neighborhood in the Vistas village, which is part of the award-winning master-planned community of Summerlin. The homes were built by Toll Brothers in 2003 and 2004. All of the floor plans in this community are quite spacious, offering 3 to 5 bedrooms and bathrooms.

The Vistas has three parks in total, including two Clock Tower Parks. Barrington is located near the North Tower Park. The three parks all feature picnic areas that are great for a barbecue or celebration, along with play sets for the children and beautiful green grass. The Vistas Park, a 24-acre park in the center of the Vistas, next to the Linda Rankins Givens elementary school, features lighted tennis, baseball, softball, basketball, and football, a concession building, and a group picnic pavilion. The Vistas Park also features a community center and swimming pool.

The Red Rock Canyon National Park and many championship golf courses are nearby. The Las Vegas Beltway (I-215) and Summerlin Parkway are one block away, allowing easy access to any part of town. Downtown Summerlin is a beautiful outside mall right down the street, where you’ll find fine dining and shopping.
